MD Group Michurinsky Hospital Opening Ceremony

MD Medical Group Investments Plc (“MD Medical Group”, “MDMG”, the “Group or the “Company” – MOEX: MDMG), one of the largest healthcare companies in Russia, announces its new multifunctional hospital MD Group Michurinsky (the “Hospital”) opening ceremony took place on 22 May 2024.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the city government, heads of Russian healthcare and leading medical universities, renowned physicians, representatives of banks, insurance companies and suppliers of medical equipment and consumables.

The new eight-floor medical centre with a total area of 8,755 sq m was acquired in summer 2023 and opened its doors to first patients in November last year. The hospital provides both outpatient and inpatient medical services. The new multidisciplinary center has an annual capacity of up to 231,000 out-patient treatments and up to 2,000 IVF cycles. The launch of a round-the-clock in-patient division in December last year allowed to improve the availability of the Group's in-patient services in Moscow and the Moscow Region. The in-patient division with a capacity of 60 beds, which includes 10 intensive care beds, 40 round-the-clock in-patient beds, 10 day in-patient beds and 6 state-of-the-art operating rooms, will be launched in December.

MD Group's Michurinsky Clinical Hospital is the 11th clinical hospital of one of the most dynamically developing medical networks in Russia and the 5th hospital in the Moscow region of the Group.
