Business meeting with the Association of Independent Direcors

Last week, the flagship hospital of the Mother and Child Group (“Group” or “Company”; MOEX: MDMG) – the Lapino Clinical Hospital – hosted members of the Independent Directors Association (IDA) club. A business meeting and a tour of the hospital were organized for the guests.

IDA is the largest Russian professional community of business owners and directors, founded in 2002, which promotes corporate governance practices and brings together business leaders to exchange experience, find strategic solutions, and ensure the sustainable development of companies.

During the visit, the guests had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of one of Russia’s leading private medical clusters, covering an area of 64,700 square meters. The company’s representatives proudly demonstrated the full range of their professional capabilities: from high‑tech surgical operations performed using the Da Vinci robotic system to advanced laboratory tests using artificial intelligence. Special attention was paid to the achievements in cardiology and dentistry, where each procedure is the result of a synthesis of many years of experience and modern medical solutions. The final stop of the tour was in the maternity unit of the Lapino Clinical Hospital, which is rightfully considered the heart of the brand.

After the tour, a working meeting was held with the company’s management, headed by Mark Kurtser. The participants discussed the development strategy, the financial aspects of the operations, and the management decisions that increase the efficiency of the medical business and ensure its sustainability. The discussion focused on advanced management practices that have been successfully implemented in the company’s operations, as well as the art of building constructive relationships with the investment community.
