MD Medical Group Annual General Meeding announcement

MD Medical Group IPJSC ("MD Medical", "Group" or the "Company"; MOEX: MDMG), a leading Russian private healthcare provider, announces that at a meeting on 28 March 2025 the Board of Directors of the Company called an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The AGM will be held on 6 May 2025 at MD GROUP hospital (24/1 Sevastopolsky prospect, Moscow ) at 10.00 am Moscow time, to consider:

1. Approval of the annual report and annual financial statements of the Company for 2024
2. Distribution of profit (including dividend payment) and losses of the Company based on the results of 2024
3. Determination of the number of members of the Board of Directors and election of the Company's Board of Directors
4. Approval of the amount of remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors of the Company
5. Appointment of the Company's auditors

The record date for determining the right to attend the Meeting is 11 April 2025.

The information materials to be provided in preparation for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be posted on 14 April 2025 on the Company's website: www.mcclinics.ru.
