MD MEDICAL GROUP ANNOUNCES THAT IT HAS SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION FOR A LISTING ON THE MOSCOW EXCHANGE

2 November 2020, Moscow – MD Medical Group Investments Plc (“MD Medical Group”, “MDMG” or the “Company” – LSE: MDMG), a leading Russian private healthcare provider, announces that it has submitted to the PJSC “Moscow Exchange” the required documents, including a prospectus, forthe listingof the Company’s Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) (ISIN US55279C2008) on the MOEX and their inclusion into the Level 1 quotation list.

It is expected that after the review of the application a lisiting will be done of the Company’s shares which currently trade in the form of GDRs on the London Stock Exchange. The listing in Moscow will not require an issue of any new shares and will allow the Company’s existing GDRs to be traded on the Moscow Exchange.
