MD Medical Group increases outpatient capacities in Samara
MD Medical Group IPJSC (“MD Medical”, “MDMG”, "Group" or the "Company"; MOEX: MDMG), a leading Russian private healthcare provider, announces the opening of the children's clinic Mother & Child IDK in Samara at a new address.
Working for more than 15 years, the children's clinic Mother & Child IDK today moved to the new spacious premises with a total area of 853 sq.m. That is 2 times more than before. This will increase the capacity of the clinic from 50 thousand visits to 104 thousand visits per year.
The Company’s clinic in Samara provides competent medical care for children from birth to 18 years old: laboratory and functional diagnostics, clinical examination, vaccination, effective and safe therapy and prevention of childhood diseases.
Specialists of the clinic - allergists-immunologists, gastroenterologists, cardiologists, speech therapists, otorhinolaryngologists, neurologists, nephrologists, ophthalmologists, pediatricians, psychologists, pulmonologists, urologists, andrologists, surgeons, orthopedists and endocrinologists - highly qualified children's doctors with extensive experience working with babies and schoolchildren. In June of this year, the doctors of the clinic received an award for the formation of a gold standard in pediatrics at the annual GOLD award in Samara.
For 5 years, the Clinic has been the basis for practical training of resident doctors of Samara State Medical University.
With the increase in the area of the children's clinic, new areas of medical care are opening up, such as pediatric gynecology, dermatology, pediatric psychiatry, traumatology. They are necessary to provide an expanded range of medical services to the children's population of Samara, Samara region, patients in the nearby regions of Orenburg, Saratov, as well as friendly countries such as Kazakhstan. The clinic is equipped with additional advanced equipment and uses new methods of diagnosis and treatment in the areas of neurology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology and allergology.
Situated in leased premises, Mother & Child IDK clinic has received a total investment of
RUB 100 million for its opening and outfitting, financed entirely through the Company’s own resources.
