MD Medical Group Expands Operations to a New Region - Republic of Komi

MD Medical Group IPJSC (“MD Medical”, “MDMG”, "Group" or the "Company"; MOEX: MDMG), a leading Russian private healthcare provider, announces acquisition of RGS-Med, a clinic in Syktyvkar, the capital of the Republic of Komi, from Rosgosstrakh Insurance Company.

With a total area of 1,212 sq m, RGS-Med is one of the largest private multifunctional medical centres in the Republic of Komi. Since 2004, it has been providing comprehensive consultative, diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive healthcare services for adults and children across a wide range of medical disciplines.

The clinic for adults offers consultations in such areas as therapy, obstetrics, gynaecology, gastroenterology, nephrology, neurology, cardiology, endocrinology, and other disciplines. Underage patients can receive medical assistance from paediatricians and specialised doctors such as surgeon, orthopaedist, otolaryngologist, dermatologist, cardiologist, neurologist, endocrinologist, psychologist, and allergist. The clinic also offers ultrasound and functional diagnostics, physiotherapy, endoscopy, vaccination and laboratory services.

Responding to the regional demand, the Company will expand the clinic's offering to include infertility treatment and IVF services, making it a leading private provider of reproductive services in the Republic of Komi.

The total cost of the deal is RUB 25 million paid from the Group's own funds.
