MD Medical Group Investments PLC announces that in accordance with the authority granted by its shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2014, it purchased 20,750 of its Global Depositary Receipts («GDRs») through Deutsche Bank AG during the period 10 September 2014 through and including 12 September 2014.
