Medical cluster Lapino
The Lapino medical cluster, located in the Moscow region, includes the Lapino-1 - multidisciplinary healthcare centre, the Lapino-2 - state-of-the-art oncology centre, and the Lapino-4 - COVID hospital. The Company continues to expand the Lapino medical complex in line with its strategic aim to diversify the scope of medical services provided to patients - in 2024, the Lapino-3 nuclear medicine centre also will be lounched on the territory of the medical cluster.
“Lapino-1”, our flagship hospital, opened in 2012, is located in a green suburban area outside of Moscow. It provides patients with great comfort and high-quality services. The 191‑beds hospital is capable of providing 640,000 out-patient treatments and 3,000 deliveries per year. The Company has invested 5.2 bln rubles in the Lapino hospital, making it one of the largest private healthcare investments in the history of Russia. The 42,000 m2 hospital offers a wide range of services in the areas of obstetrics and gynaecology, IVF, paediatrics, as well as diagnostics, urology, surgery, trauma and rehabilitation for all members of the family.
The multifunctional hospital “Lapino-2” was inaugurated in September 2020. It houses a state-of-the-art oncology centre that offers a full cycle medical service on a high level with adherence to modern world protocoles – from screening and diagnosis verification to high-tech oncosurgical care, chemoradiotherapy and oncological rehabilitation. “Lapino-2” can carry out 12,000 operations, about 40,000 in-patient days and more than 180,000 out-patient treatments per year. A multi-level parking facility in a separate building has been built near the hospital for the convenience of patients.
In February 2021, the 2-storey multifunctional medical centre “Lapino-4” was launched using rapid construction technology. The centre has a total area of 4,200 m2. “Lapino-4” focuses on treating coronavirus and other infectious diseases, further demonstrating that MDMG has strong competencies in a wide range of medical services. The centre provides highly professional medical care, including for patients with surgical pathologies complicated by COVID-19 and maternity patients. The centre has 100 beds, including 12 in the emergency room. Logistics outside and inside the building were carefully planned in order to guarantee an efficient and safe flow of patients.
