MD Medical Group notification of transaction by person disharging managerial responsibilities

26 July 2019, Moscow – MD Medical Group Investments Plc (“MD Medical Group”, “MDMG” or the “Company” – LSE: MDMG), a leading Russian private healthcare provider, filed the following notification with the Financial Conduct Authority regarding the acquisition of MDMG Global Depositary Receipts ('GDRs') by Vitaly Ustimenko, member of the Board of Directors:

Following this transaction, Vitaly Ustimenko holds 1 478 GDRs, or 0,002% of the Company's issued share capital.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of article 19 (6) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
