MD Medical Group Investments PLC announces that in accordance with the authority granted by its shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2014, it purchased 49,795 of its Global Depositary Receipts («GDRs») through Deutsche Bank AG during the period 15 September 2014 through and including 19 September 2014.
